1. Who we are

This Privacy Notice explains how DTI Technologies LLC ("DTI Technologies", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the Market Monster platform (the "Service"), collects and processes personal data. For the personal data we collect about users of the Service, DTI Technologies LLC acts as the data controller.

2. Personal data we collect

  • Communications — messages you send us through support or contact forms.
  • Billing and identity data — collected and processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle (see Section 5). We receive limited summary information (e.g. subscription status, last four digits of the card, billing country).

3. How we use personal data and the legal basis

  • Provide the Service — performance of our contract with you.
  • Generate AI marketing output — performance of contract.
  • Account security, fraud prevention, abuse detection — legitimate interests and legal obligation.
  • Customer support — performance of contract.
  • Product improvement and analytics — legitimate interests, configured to minimize impact on you.

  • Legal and compliance — legal obligation.

4. AI processing

Prompts and content you submit may be sent to third-party AI model providers (such as Google and OpenAI) acting as our processors, to generate responses and images. We do not sell your prompts or generated outputs. We do not use your private content to train foundation models.

5. Sharing your personal data

We share personal data only with the following categories of recipients:

  • Service providers / subprocessors — cloud hosting (Supabase / Cloudflare), AI providers (Google, OpenAI), analytics, error tracking, email delivery, and customer support tooling.
  • Paddle.com Market Limited — our reseller and Merchant of Record for sale of the Service, subscription management, payments, tax compliance, invoicing, and refund handling. See Paddle's Privacy Policy.
  • Connected advertising platforms — when you connect Google Ads/YouTube, Meta, TikTok, or LinkedIn, we share only what is necessary to operate the integration you authorized.
  • Professional advisers — legal, accounting, and compliance advisors.
  • Authorities — where required by law, court order, or to protect rights, safety, or property.

We do not sell your personal data.

6. International transfers

We are based in the United States and our providers may process data in the US and other countries. Where personal data of users in the UK or EEA is transferred outside those regions, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.

7. Data retention

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Billing records are retained for the period required by tax and accounting law. You may request deletion of your account at any time (see Section 9).

8. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encryption in transit, access controls, role-based permissions, and regular security review. No system is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and notify you of any incident as required by law.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, port, or object to the processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. UK/EEA users have rights under the UK GDPR and EU GDPR, including the right to lodge a complaint with their supervisory authority. We aim to respond to verified requests within one month.

To exercise any right, email support@themarketmonster.com.

10. Cookies

We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and protect the Service against abuse. Where we use analytics or marketing cookies, we ask for your consent first (where required by law) and you can change your choice at any time from your browser settings.
