The Market Monster platform is operated by DTI Technologies LLC. We want you to be confident in your purchase. If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund of your most recent payment within 30 days of the order date, for any reason.

How to request a refund

Our payments are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net and locate your order using the email you used to purchase, or
  2. Email us at support@themarketmonster.com and we will assist you in processing the refund through Paddle.

After the 30-day window

Refunds requested after the 30-day window are considered on a case-by-case basis. To avoid being billed for the next cycle, cancel your subscription before the renewal date from your account settings or via the Paddle customer portal. Cancelling stops future charges; access to paid features continues until the end of the current paid period.

Refund processing

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer and typically takes 5–10 business days to appear on your statement after Paddle issues the refund.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We can almost always resolve a billing issue faster than your bank can.
